Terms and Conditions

  • Once payment has been received from the customer, there are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges for any reason, unless event is cancelled (see below). We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur to see a cancelled show, including food, travel, lodging, etc..
  • Tickets for postponed and/or rescheduled events will be valid for the new date, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • In some cases for orders over $950, we may require an authorized signature to process your order, via a credit card authorization form that we will provide. We will contact you if we need this.
  • We reserve the right to upgrade any order at no additional charge to the customer. Any upgrade would only be for clearly better seating.
  • All ticket prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • Ticket price and availability are subject to change.
  • Ticket price is guaranteed at the time your order is confirmed, via phone, email, or fax from us.
  • A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. We cannot re-print lost or stolen tickets, as we are not affiliated with any venue or box office. Tickets are like cash, take care of them!
  • If a show is cancelled and not rescheduled, client receives a full refund of the purchase price. This includes the ticket face value, AND the service and handling fee (amount over face value.) Client must return the tickets to Desert Tickets within 5 days of the cancelled event in person, or via certified mail. Desert Tickets does not pay for the shipping costs to return the tickets to us.
  • Desert Tickets is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages including transportation and hotel related to travel to a cancelled event. Customers accept all customary risks associated with Live entertainment.


  • We will deliver your tickets to you as soon as possible; delivery dates vary due to ticket availability from our sources.
  • A delivery date will be noted on your receipt. We make sure that you ALWAYS have your tickets in time for the event.
  • We charge a small delivery fee to cover our shipping or courier costs.
  • Tickets are shipped via Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail. All shipments require a signature.
  • When requested, tickets may also be left at Will-Call at the venue box office.

The National Finals Rodeo is held at the Thomas & Mack Center. The address is 4505 S. Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154. The Thomas & Mack Center holds just about 17,000 rodeo fans for the NFR each day. The lower level is called the "Plaza" with rows A-V (20 rows); and above that is the "Balcony" level with rows A-U (19 rows). In addition, there are four rows of "Gold Buckle" seating down in front of sections 104-110 and 113-116 of the "Plaza" level.
